Real Estate Agents in Dreien (9612)

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.

We would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Stöhr Immobilien GmbH for the successful and quick sale of our house in Gähwil. We had already met Mr. Isliker during a property viewing and found him to be very pleasant and competent. This positive impression was confirmed in our collaboration with the entire team. All parties involved were always professional, friendly, and solution-oriented. The entire process went smoothly, despite a few minor bumps, and we felt well taken care of at all times. We are very grateful for the support and can recommend Stöhr Immobilien GmbH.

We were very satisfied with Marco Burn, he is reliable, competent, and helpful. We will recommend Immosell at any time 👍👍👍 Thank you very much

After half a year of self-experimentation in selling our rural property, we got in touch with Shpejtim Fazlija (acasa Immobilien) on recommendation. Even at our first meeting, we felt his passion for the work, great competence despite his young age, and humanity. With a lot of dedication, Shpejtim then took charge of the sale and set everything up very professionally. Thus, we came closer to the sale in just a few weeks. With the weekly updates, he ensured us a lot of transparency in the sales process, which also created the necessary trust. Communication with us sellers, the interested parties, and the authorities was done in a straightforward yet very professional manner. This was a great relief for us. For the trip from Aargau to Toggenburg and the associated viewings, Shpejtim spared neither time nor kilometers. His warm way of engaging with all of us on an equal footing convinced us sellers as well as the buyers. The needs of all sides were acknowledged. Ultimately, the successful sale was celebrated appropriately in a cozy setting, and Shpejtim even joyfully gifted us. We not only found the right buyers through him but also gained a new friend. We highly recommend Shpejtim. A top address in professionalism, transparency, efficiency, and humanity. The investment is definitely worth it!

Ms. Mamone is very reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Her advice on selling the house was outstanding and realistic. The sales documentation was exceptionally well designed and written. Ms. Mamone guided us very well through the entire sales process and was always there for us. Additionally, her friendly, honest demeanor is absolutely valuable. For us, she is the best real estate professional we have met so far. Thank you once again for everything!

I experienced Christian Vetsch as an absolutely competent and considerate expert. I would especially like to highlight the very transparent and always timely communication and information throughout the entire process. Additionally, I appreciated the focus on the property gain tax. It is not just about selling a property at the best possible price, but about managing a process that ends for all parties without any unpleasant financial surprises afterwards. My property was carefully assessed and honestly documented. The viewings of the still-occupied property were conducted very professionally and respectfully. Personally, Christian Vetsch exudes a great calmness and reliability, which creates an important basis of trust. His patience and consideration have greatly contributed to cushioning the hectic phases of the process well. The achieved sale price was above expectations.
