We were extremely satisfied with Michael Näf. From the initial conversations to the handover of the keys, we always felt very well accompanied by a competent, friendly, and reliable person. We recently conducted a house viewing and were very satisfied overall. The appointment scheduling was quick and straightforward. We would particularly like to highlight the very pleasant and competent contact with Mr. Näf. He took the time to answer our questions in detail and explained all the important information about the property clearly. The viewing itself was well prepared and in a friendly atmosphere. It was evident that there was expertise and commitment involved. Overall, a very positive experience.

We had professional and competent advice from the signing of the contract to the handover of the keys. There were no "nasty surprises," such as defects or additional costs. The craftsmen, including the architectural office, adhered to the schedule consistently, and the handover took place on time. Great compliments from planning to implementation!

Personally and professionally a good seller. Very helpful and always has a solution ready.
