We met Marcel Wild for the first time during the viewing of the house for sale, and we received a very good first impression. He guided us through the property in a friendly manner and with many useful pieces of information, and our questions were answered directly and competently. The further communication via email was always timely and goal-oriented. We felt absolutely well taken care of and taken seriously, and we can recommend Marcel as a realtor 100% both professionally and personally. Thank you very much for everything.

Claudia Mamone is an outstanding personality who has consistently conveyed positive experiences in her collaboration with us. Her support was not only professional but also characterized by a deep understanding of the human aspects. With a lot of passion and humanity, she guided us through every step of the process. Her high level of commitment and sense of responsibility is palpable in every interaction, making our collaboration an extremely pleasant experience. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to present our property discreetly. In a time when sensitivity and discretion are of utmost importance. Compared to our previous agent, who did not provide us with the same attention and dedication, Claudia Mamone has accompanied us with her excellent, committed, and empathetic support from start to finish. She always made us feel like we were in the best hands. Claudia Mamone is not just an agent but a partner who is fully dedicated to her clients' interests. Her reliability and competence are unparalleled. We could not wish for better support and wholeheartedly recommend Claudia Mamone from Casaprima Immobilien AG. Her warmth and expertise make her an exceptional agent who definitely stands out in her field. Thank you very much for everything!

I bought an apartment in Arosa from Homevision GmbH, which the company previously renovated extensively and professionally. I am extremely satisfied with the result. The high-quality execution, the careful design, and the great attention to detail show how much expertise and passion went into this renovation. The entire purchasing process was also very pleasant and professional. I felt well advised at all times, my questions were answered clearly, and the handling was transparent and reliable. This gave me a good and secure feeling when buying the apartment. I feel completely comfortable in my apartment and look forward to my decision every day. A heartfelt thank you to the team at Homevision GmbH for the beautiful apartment and the personal support. I can warmly recommend Homevision from my own experience.

Mr. Zürcher has a pleasant, unobtrusive manner in interpersonal relations. He showed no signs of haste and created no pressure (not even indirect pressure, such as comments about possibly too many applicants, as one might have heard here and there ). I received the initial documents within a day, and the first viewing appointment was able to take place in the same week. Afterwards, Mr. Zürcher gave me ample time to think and was competently available for questions. The sales transaction was handled very straightforwardly. My conclusion: Recommended!
