Real Estate Agents in Schwarzenbach SG (9536)

Mr. Sahli and Mr. Kolp have succeeded in reaching a consensus between the sellers and the buyers. This requires expertise, determination, and transparency. We always felt well informed. This convinced us, and we can only recommend Real Estate further. We look back on a successful purchase completion.

I worked with GR9086 Real Estate for a real estate project in the Graubünden region - Tomils. As a digital agency and on behalf of the client, it was important for us to work with a company that knows the local market inside and out – exactly what we found with GR9086. The consultation was personal, and the team took the time to understand the individual wishes of the client. Thanks to their experience and commitment, the sale went absolutely smoothly. Would gladly do it again!

Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Ekaterina Kotur for her excellent support and for her highly appreciated professionalism, noting that we, as lawyers, are naturally extremely critical😊!

Thank you very much, Markus, it was good to know you were there in the background for special questions. A big thank you to you, Timon, you were at the front and guided the conversations very sensitively, often being able to calm me down when I sometimes got a bit nervous. Thanks also to Hansruedi Schmidli for his market assessment and the subsequent good advice regarding pricing. Everything went super well, and we are happy to have taken this step together with you. We wish you all the best. Best regards, Heinz and Alma

Thank you very much for your support and assistance in the consultation and sale of our apartment in Grüningen. You have provided us with excellent advice and support in all real estate matters. We are very satisfied with the sales process and the sale proceeds. Thank you very much.

The collaboration was very straightforward and professional. I highly recommend Nicolà Caratsch. He handled the sale of our parents' house very professionally so that we could trust him completely. Thank you for your valuable work, Marita Rüdisühli
