We do not know how this company did it, but previously we had 2 very well-known real estate agents from Zurich with us, who each tried to sell our apartment for over 6 months. We called him and he was at our home two days later. Within 2 months, he was able to sell our apartment without a price reduction. He showed no signs of haste and created no pressure (not even indirect pressure, such as comments about possibly too many applicants, as one might have heard here and there ). I received the initial documents within a day, and the first viewing appointment was able to take place in the same week.
