Real Estate Agents in Goldach (9403)

I had the pleasure of working with AFORIA AG when it came to selling my apartment. Nico and the entire team made this process extremely professional yet friendly. From the very beginning, every step was explained to me in detail, and I was always kept informed. Particularly impressive was the use of the latest means and techniques for marketing our property, which undoubtedly contributed to the successful completion of our apartment sale in a short time. It was ensured that both buyers and sellers were completely satisfied at the end of the process. Our specific wishes regarding the buyer profile, someone who fits well into the house, were also perfectly implemented. A big thank you to Nico and the team at AFORIA AG – you are truly great! Anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent real estate agent is definitely in the right place here.

The sale of our property was a big decision for us. Therefore, having a trustworthy support was all the more important. The MyWinvest property management in Eastern Switzerland provided us with honest advice, organized the entire sales process professionally, and answered our questions clearly at all times. We felt very well cared for and are satisfied with the result.

Very competent, courteous & always timely support received. We were very satisfied with the purchase process.

Super DL and a very direct, peer-based communication. All information / questions were communicated / answered on the same day and all tasks were completed / assisted immediately. Thank you very much, dear Anja!

We were very satisfied, the communication was always very pleasant and competent, and she was always available to us for questions.

The communication from Mr. Näf was excellent, from the viewing of the property to the purchase. One always knew exactly which documents needed to be prepared for which appointment and where one stood in the timeline of the purchase. The costs were also communicated very transparently from the beginning, and there were no negative surprises. Due to our positive experience, we will also engage Mr. Näf as the broker for the rental of the property.
