However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency: Mr. Zemp perfectly filtered the interested parties in advance, personally guided the close circle through the house, and sold the property just two months after our first meeting.
