I completed a property sale with ImmoTrust in record time. The team at ImmoTrust was always available, competent, prompt, and reliable. The team works very professionally. The staff are always friendly and possess the necessary sensitivity in dealing with people. Good job, bravo!

We were very satisfied with Andreas Graf and his support during the sale of our property. We particularly appreciated his willingness to help and his very good availability. He was always there for us with questions and took the time to explain and clarify everything understandably. At the same time, he actively took care of driving the sale forward, which we especially appreciated. We felt very well accompanied and supported throughout the entire sales process. We can recommend him with a clear conscience. Thank you very much, Andreas!

Tabea went above and beyond to help with the sale of my property, it was not easy for me to deal with the local issues related to the house as I am in the UK now, but Tabea stepped in, and assisted me, even with things not directly related to the sale. Thanks again Tabea!!!

Mr. Kalberer is very professional, knows the local market conditions very well, the sales dossier is excellently prepared, and he is very flexible with viewing appointments. I can highly recommend Mr. Kalberer.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE: COMPETENT; FAST AND WELL NETWORKED The sale of our property was exemplary thanks to high expertise and commitment from A to Z. - After the swift processing of our sales documents, the broker, Mr. Zemp, quickly created a well-founded and realistic market value analysis. The subsequent marketing on the internet as well as the professional sales brochure – for which even a drone was used – were first-class and attractively designed. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency: Mr. Zemp perfectly filtered the interested parties in advance, personally guided the close circle through the house, and sold the property just two months after our first meeting. The subsequent sales processing with the banks, the land registry office, and the cantonal office for property gains tax also went extremely smoothly under broker Zemp's careful management. His good institutional networking benefited both him and us in this process. On a personal level, the collaboration was also a gain: Mr. Zemp was transparent in communication, always reachable by phone, friendly, patient, and open to all our questions and concerns. In addition, he kept us proactively updated step by step and made the entire complex process stress-free. We were always excellently cared for, are extremely satisfied with the result achieved, and can wholeheartedly recommend such great service!

The sale through the agent went smoothly, and the agent knows the market and the circumstances. As a seller, you are continuously informed and involved in the process and receive a fair and professional offer.
