The subsequent marketing on the internet as well as the professional sales brochure – for which even a drone was used – were first-class and attractively designed. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency: Mr. Zemp perfectly filtered the interested parties in advance, personally guided the close circle through the house, and sold the property just two months after our first meeting. The subsequent sales processing with the banks, the land registry office, and the cantonal office for property gains tax also went extremely smoothly under broker Zemp's careful management.
