Real Estate Agents in Engelburg (9032)

We saw quite a few estate agents, including some well-known names. Out of them we preferred Helen Bögle for quite a few reasons. Firstly, she struck as straightforward and someone with integrity, not salesy pushy person like some agents. Secondly, we really liked the brochures she produced for the properties she was selling and had sold: the photographer spent a whole day with us taking photos. The end result was great. Thirdly she charged a sensible fee for her work, unlike some. Those were the main reasons we chose her. It took about a year to sell our house. During that time Helen kept us up-to-date, returned our calls and emails promptly and when it was helpful to sit down and talk things through, that’s what we did. Selling a property is often stressful. We found that working with her and the good advice she gave us kept the stress to minimum. She also has very good contacts. Most of all there was just the feeling that she wanted to deliver a first-rate service, something we are very pleased to say she did. So, from both of us” Helen, thank you very much for all your good work.

We would like to sincerely thank Reto Büchler and Ralf Kaspar for their extremely professional and dedicated support during the sale of our commercial property. From the initial consultation to the successful conclusion, we always felt well taken care of. We particularly appreciated Reto Büchler's excellent market knowledge and the great commitment as well as the consistently reliable and transparent communication. Reto Büchler and Ralf Kaspar were always reachable, took the time for our concerns, and accompanied us competently and personally throughout the entire sales process. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and absolutely professional. We always felt that our interests were taken seriously and represented with great care. We are very satisfied with the entire collaboration and would engage Büchler AG again at any time and recommend them unreservedly. Thank you very much for the excellent and pleasant collaboration!

Cornelia Fischbacher accompanied us very professionally throughout the entire process from the viewing to the purchase completion. She answered inquiries and concerns very quickly, straightforwardly, and openly. A very likeable, humorous, and friendly real estate agent who was always there to assist us with advice and support. We sincerely thank you, Cornelia. We always felt very well taken care of with you.

We are very satisfied with Mr. Lazraj's work. Even when scheduling the viewing appointment, it was remarkable that he took our vacation-related absence into account. The subsequent process was very customer-oriented. He gave us the time that was necessary due to the process. He always responded promptly to inquiries. Personal concerns were also forwarded to the sellers if necessary. Mr. Lazraj was always able to answer questions about the property - if he did not have information on specific detail questions, he communicated this openly and transparently. The key handover was a very personal meeting. Upon moving in, he even presented us with a very individual gift. Thank you very much, Mr. Lazraj, for your commitment and support in the purchase!

From the first contact through the listing to the handover of the keys, Ms. Hugener guided us very personally and with a lot of experience through the purchase of the apartment. The documents were impeccable, and we also heard a lot of praise from the bank. Therefore, we can only recommend Ms. Hugener and look back very positively on the time of the purchase!

Loris Romandini was very competent, friendly, and honest. He guided us very well through the entire process and was always available when questions arose. Thank you again for everything!

I would like to thank Mr. Brian Müller once again. I was competently and professionally advised and supported by Mr. Müller. The purchase formalities were initiated, carried out, and completed competently and efficiently. I also look forward to further collaboration! Best regards, Moreno Steiger
