I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact.
