We recommend Markus Nussbaum for anyone looking for property. We were working with him to buy a property in Wetzikon. We really liked his calm and helping approach. As I am not from Switzerland and do not speak well German. It was a pleasant cooperation and we have learned that to sell land alone is not so easy since banks prefer to give morgages for a house project and land. However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour. The cooperation with her was easy since she could understand us and she was supporting us during the discussions with the candidates and took also care of the buyers opinion i.e. both sides where considered positivly during the discussions.
