Real Estate Agents in Alpthal (8849)

Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Ekaterina Kotur for her excellent support and for her highly appreciated professionalism, noting that we, as lawyers, are naturally extremely critical😊!

Roger Möschler and his team provided us with excellent support during the purchase of our home. Roger organized and handled all important appointments and documents in no time. He was always available for questions, and we particularly appreciated that we received very quick feedback from him. We felt very well taken care of, thank you very much!

Professional and competent advice. Mr. von Allmen took excellent care of us and was always there for us. Thank you very much.

Mr. Polesana advised us very competently on the sale of our apartment. His support was very helpful to us. The photos of our apartment as well as the online presentation were very professional. For months, we were able to rely on his assistance. We would hire Mr. Polesana again at any time for a real estate sale.

Ekaterina supported me with the sale of my maisonette apartment in the Canton of Schwyz at the end of 2024. As an expat, it was very important for me to work with someone who communicates clearly and reliably in English. She carried out a very thorough property valuation, carefully considering all renovations. This helped to show the true value of the property, increased buyers’ willingness to pay, and supported a higher mortgage valuation with the bank. Ekaterina also supported me professionally with the refinancing process, including the repayment of pension fund assets. Throughout the entire sales process, she was highly transparent, reliable, and well organised. If I sell my new property one day, I will definitely work with Ekaterina again.

In August of this year, we commissioned Berka-Waldstatt Immobilien with the sale of an inherited condominium in Einsiedeln. From the very first contact, we had a very positive feeling. Professionally and with great commitment, Ms. Berka took over the preparation of all necessary documents, organized the required inspections, and supported us in dealing with the notary and other authorities. Ms. Berka also provided us with competent advice on setting the sale price. Since we live abroad, we were also dependent on an independent and reliable handling of the process. In this regard, Ms. Berka more than met our expectations. We sincerely thank Ms. Berka for her excellent service. We gladly recommend her without reservation for knowledgeable and straightforward handling of transactions in the real estate market.
