Marc Brunner war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir alle meine Fragen ausführlich beantwortet. Besonders beindruckt hat mich die persönliche Betreuung, die schnelle klare Kommunikation. Sie haben unser Haus im Kreis 2 bestens betreut und auch der Verkaufsprozess war total einfach und entspannt für uns und wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Auch die Mieter im Haus waren zufrieden mit Ihrer Vorgehensweise was wir auch so bestätigen können. Herr Pascal Käser ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und äusserst professionell. Er hat mich jederzeit gut beraten, die Lage einwandfrei eingeschätzt und erfolgreich die passende Käuferschaft gefunden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann ihn und die Swiss Residence Group AG daher absolut empfehlen.

Herr Kathrein ist der beste Makler überhaupt! Er ist immer für uns da und erledigt wirklich alles was den Verkauf unseres Hauses anbelangt. Keine Herausforderung ist ihm zu gross oder zu viel. Er steht uns sogar mit Rat und Tat beim Kauf unserer neuen Immobilie zur Seite. I had a pleasure to cooperate with Property Partners and specifically with the owner of the company Mr. Morris Kathrein and his senior leader Meher Fayad. We met in September and the properties were sold by mid December for the price higher than expected. Property Partners are very professional and not only fast in execution but, as well, they take a client through the process in a very welcoming way. You feel all the time properly taken care of and you do not need to worry about anything. In my case the prices were set up properly, and on the competitive side. (as I had comparison with other agencies estimates). I was explained how the sale will proceed. I was impressed with the advertising materials they produced for the properties. I do not live in Switzerland nor I speak German but the whole collaboration was managed in good English and I was receiving proper information, about the individual steps either I or they need to take to make the sale happen. Property Partners helped and managed the clearing of the apartments of old furniture and belongings which were not needed any more.
