Real Estate Agents in Bäch SZ (8806)

I worked with GR9086 Real Estate for a real estate project in the Graubünden region - Tomils. As a digital agency and on behalf of the client, it was important for us to work with a company that knows the local market inside and out – exactly what we found with GR9086. The consultation was personal, and the team took the time to understand the individual wishes of the client. Thanks to their experience and commitment, the sale went absolutely smoothly. Would gladly do it again!

Ms. Graf accompanied us very kindly and competently through the sale of the apartment. Even the determination of the purchase price was competent and realistic, so that buyers were soon found. She managed viewings, negotiations, and documents excellently. After a short time, we successfully sold the apartment. We can highly recommend her and wish her many more satisfied clients.

Mr. Zika has very competently accompanied us, focusing on our needs before, during, and after the purchase, tracking and processing the necessary steps at all times. Thank you very much and highly recommended.

I am extremely satisfied with the work of ErfolgsMandate GmbH. Ms. Billeter handled the sale of my property absolutely professionally and with great commitment. I was particularly impressed by the all-around service: From the first-class, professional photos that showcased the apartment perfectly, to the organization of additional services such as the replacement of the locking cylinders and new keys for the apartment and mailbox - everything was done smoothly. Thanks to her expertise, the property was sold at a top price. Anyone looking for a competent, reliable, and thoughtful real estate expert is in the best hands with Ms. Billeter. Thank you very much for the great support!
