Real Estate Agents in Au ZH (8804)

Excellent service provided, would consider for sure working with Roger Möschler in the future for both purchasing as well as selling our property!

Ziegler Immobilien AG in Thalwil is a reliable value👍 We have already benefited from their services multiple times. This time it was about the sale of our condominium on the left shore of Lake Zurich. Mr. Thomas Heuberger supported us from the very beginning with this property in a way that leaves nothing to be desired. His success is based on a natural approach and a balanced assessment between the interests of the sellers and the buyers. Only when both parties are equally satisfied does a successful contract come about. It goes without saying that a profound assessment of the property as well as the legal, financial, and timing parameters is essential in the case of Ziegler Immobilien AG.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Roger Möschler for the outstanding service in selling our condominium in Wädenswil. The apartment was professionally listed and sold to our complete satisfaction in a short time. Mr. Roger Möschler's professionalism, enthusiasm, and great commitment were simply unmatched. The entire process was extremely smooth and very pleasant. Mr. Roger Möschler is simply top-notch, the right man when it comes to real estate sales. We will recommend him everywhere without hesitation. Once again, thank you very much for the excellent work!

Thank you very much Mr. Möschler For the professional handling of the sale. The collaboration was very pleasant and straightforward. I would recommend you at any time.

We evaluated several real estate agents and then decided on Stefan Thut, due to his professional appearance, competence, and likability, and we have never regretted it. Stefan Thut is extremely reliable, helpful, and always practically available 24/7. We felt well taken care of at all times. Highly recommend.

Homes and More sold my house in a manner that far exceeded my expectations. The Homes and More team are real professionals. From the outset they prepared outstanding documentation and their valuation was remarkably accurate. The sales agent was magnificent, she conducted the sale with sensitivity and thoughtfulness. The prospective buyers were fully and transparently informed about all aspects of the house from its history to the construction materials and renovations..The property was rented to extremely difficult tenants and I was living abroad at the time of sale. Homes and More went the extra mile to assist me as seller and the buyers to create a successful transaction for both sides. I have no hesitation in recommending H&M whether you are a seller or a buyer.
