I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour.
