I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Cragno, and I recommend him as a sales expert.

Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. And in the end, our two-family house could even be sold for a slightly better price than discussed. I can only recommend Ms. Bütler in all matters.
