I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. Sure, we were initially questioning whether we should save some money and sell privately but the decision not to do so was really worth every Frank and I highly recommend in case you plan to sell or buy.
