Real Estate Agents in Bottighofen (8598)

I sold my property through this agent and am very satisfied with the entire process. From the initial assessment to the notary appointment, everything was structured and professional. The advice was honest and realistic, especially regarding price determination. I never felt that anything was being "sugar-coated". Instead, it was clearly communicated what is feasible and what is not – this gave me a lot of trust. The marketing was also convincing: the exposé, photos, and organization of viewings were at a very good level. I had to take care of very little, as much was taken over independently and reliably. In the end, a buyer was found who fits well with the property, and the sale could be completed quickly. Overall, a very pleasant collaboration – I can wholeheartedly recommend the company Relax Immobilien, especially Keli Neziri, 100%. Keep it up.

Our experience with Relax Immobilien and especially with Keli was consistently excellent. From the very first contact, we felt we were in very good hands. Everything was clearly explained, professionally supported, and at the same time very human and straightforward. We were particularly impressed by how reliable and committed Keli was throughout the entire process. No matter what question or situation arose – we always received a competent and helpful response quickly. This made the entire process extremely pleasant and stress-free for us. We would work with Relax Immobilien and Keli again at any time – absolute recommendation!

I have already purchased several properties from Mr. Martin, and everything has always gone smoothly. He provided me with good advice before each purchase and gave me valuable and helpful information about the respective properties. Very professional!

We were extremely satisfied with Ms. Schwerzler's performance. She provided us with excellent advice and support. She works very professionally, competently, reliably, and was always available for us, promptly addressing all concerns. I would contact Ms. Schwerzler again for another property 100 percent and recommend her with great conviction.
