Mr. Strasser is competent, very friendly, accommodating, and reliable. All wishes were fulfilled, and even after the purchase, Mr. Strasser was still helpful. I can highly recommend Simba Immo. Thank you very much for your work and your commitment.

I was able to sell my penthouse apartment in St. Gallen through MyWinvest GmbH Real Estate Management in Eastern Switzerland and I am extremely satisfied with the entire support. From the very beginning, I felt professionally, honestly, and personally accompanied. Especially Maria Pilz was very committed to my concerns. She initially came accompanied by her supervisor and then took over the work completely. The communication was always friendly, transparent, and reliable. All steps in the sale of my apartment were explained clearly, questions were answered quickly, and I always felt I was in good hands. The sale of my penthouse apartment in St. Gallen was successful, structured, and significantly more pleasant than I had expected. MyWinvest GmbH impressed me with their market knowledge, professionalism, and a very customer-oriented approach. Especially in Eastern Switzerland, it is important to have a real estate partner who knows the regional real estate market and simultaneously addresses individual needs personally. I can recommend Maria Pilz and MyWinvest Real Estate Management to all owners who wish to sell or manage an apartment, a house, or a property in St. Gallen and Eastern Switzerland. Thank you very much for the competent support and the successful sale of my penthouse apartment.

Excellent performance and an overall pleasant collaboration with Alexander Foll from FollHaus. The communication was always very friendly, straightforward, and professional. Our wishes and ideas were addressed individually, and everything was implemented promptly and expertly. We particularly appreciated that necessary renovation and improvement work on the house was organized and carried out professionally. This allowed the property to be optimally prepared for sale and a very good selling price to be achieved. From the first meeting to the successful sale, we felt very well cared for. Thank you very much for the competent, reliable, and dedicated support – a clear recommendation!

Everyone in the company is very helpful and also has the necessary skills. Bravo, keep it up!
