Ms. Tröndle was recommended to us by a relative who knew her through business connections as a second opinion, since we already had an offer for the sale of the apartment at that time. Ms. Tröndle made her first visit in April 2025, and it was immediately clear to us that we would proceed with her for the further process. Crucial was that she took our concern about finding a suitable apartment after the sale seriously and offered us her assistance, unlike the competitor. She implemented this immediately, and we were able to rent an apartment for June 2026 through her mediation as early as July 2025, even though the marketing of our apartment only took place in the fall. This was a great relief for us and meant even more trust in Ms. Tröndle. During the sales process, Ms. Tröndle always provided us with good advice and support with her suggestions and recommendations. The sale of the apartment was a great success, and we are very satisfied with it. We are happy to recommend Ms. Tröndle due to her high level of expertise, reliability, and friendliness.

An unrestricted recommendation! We were able to successfully sell our terrace apartment through REMAX Dietikon and the Limmattal region. We were promised a comprehensive worry-free package, and we received exactly that. Mr. Roland Meyer and his team kept every one of their promises. The initial conversation was excellently prepared, very structured, and professional. Various sales strategies were transparently presented, and the appropriate approach was determined together with us. We were particularly impressed that even the sales story, the documentation, and the online videos were discussed together and carefully coordinated. Within just one week after going online, we received the first serious purchase inquiries. Just a few weeks later, we were able to finalize a binding reservation. The entire sales process was professionally, passionately, and reliably accompanied by Mr. Meyer and his team from the first conversation to the notarization at the notary's office. We felt well informed and excellently cared for at all times. For us, an unrestricted recommendation. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Meyer and the entire team for the excellent collaboration!

We have had only the best experiences with René Schibli. He sold our apartment in no time at all. All our expectations were exceeded by him. We thank René Schibli for the great collaboration and would recommend him at any time.

My partner and I bought a house this year and were excellently supported by Kerstin from JB Real Estate. She and her team really gave everything to provide us with all the necessary information for the purchase, and they accompanied us with a lot of patience through all the ups and downs of the process. We received knowledgeable, honest, and independent advice, and the collaboration was always professional and very pleasant. Their support was a decisive factor in our ability to buy our new home – we can truly highly recommend Kerstin and her team!

He is efficient and factual. Responds quickly and is always reachable. For buyers-sellers between the ages of 20 to 50, he is the right contact person. In customer contact, he is always friendly and helpful.

The collaboration was very professional, reliable, and pleasant. The communication was friendly. Mr. Käser answered my questions quickly and promptly. I would gladly recommend the office.

We were supported by Mr. Fayad as an inheritance community in the sale of a condominium. Mr. Fayad structured the sale of the property effectively, he always took our needs into account and consistently provided us with updates on the status of the sale without us having to ask. Communication was always correct and goal-oriented across all channels. (there was neither too much nor too little contact, as we had expected when we entrusted the sale to others) The property was sold in a very short time at a reasonable price, and all transactions could be handled efficiently. We were also ideally supported and competently advised in all matters related to the sale. Thank you for the support, we always felt well taken care of.
