Real Estate Agents in Ellikon an der Thur (8548)

A heartfelt thank you to Renate Bütler, whom we can recommend as both buyers and sellers. She was always reachable (even on weekends) and spared no effort to finalize the contracts between both parties in a way that suited everyone perfectly. We also appreciated her honest, open, and straightforward manner and the fixed brokerage fee. Her extensive experience in the real estate market is a benefit for all involved.

We sold our house through Stöhr Immobilien and were completely satisfied. Competent advice, transparent communication, and a quick, successful sale.

Mr. Strasser is competent, very friendly, accommodating, and reliable. All wishes were fulfilled, and even after the purchase, Mr. Strasser was still helpful. I can highly recommend Simba Immo. Thank you very much for your work and your commitment.

Ms. Ravaioli was very nice, accommodating, competent, and dedicated throughout the entire process. She was always easily reachable and answered all questions quickly and clearly. The satisfaction of both the buyers and sellers was very important to her, which was noticeable. Thanks to her professional and reliable manner, we felt very well taken care of. We would recommend Ms. Ravaioli at any time.

Ms. Sandra Walser is unbeatable! Whether it's the advice, communication, or information, simply top-notch! 10 out of 10 points. From the very first minute until the end, we were always very well informed, both by phone and in writing; everything was documented. Whether it was regarding the viewing or the official appointments like the notary appointment where we only had to sign. She took care of everything for us. For us, it is clear that if we have something to sell or buy again, there is only Ms. Walser for us. We always recommend her to everyone, and all those who have bought or sold through Ms. Walser praise her on all levels! Once again, a big thank you for your work; we are extremely happy. Wishing you all the best. Best regards, Roger and Silvana Nef
