We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Timur Mazlar from Premium Homes for the excellent support during the sale of our property. From the very first meeting, Mr. Mazlar impressed us with his friendly, competent, and professional manner. His transparent communication, reliability, and always well-groomed and representative appearance are particularly noteworthy. You can immediately tell that he practices his profession with passion. His professionalism and availability are also consistently highlighted positively in other customer reviews. Our sale was anything but easy and required patience and perseverance. However, Mr. Mazlar provided a realistic assessment of the market situation from the very beginning and predicted that the sale could be successfully completed within a year. This is exactly what happened. Throughout the entire process, we felt well advised and always well informed. Thanks to his commitment, market knowledge, and professional support, we were able to successfully sell our property. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Timur Mazlar and thus also Premium Homes, and we would work with him again at any time. Thank you for the excellent support!

I am glad to have chosen Mr. Schöffel for the sale of our house. Mr. Schöffel and his staff shine with competence, courtesy, and what is very important, availability. The sales dossier features professional photos (including aerial drone shots), a virtual house tour, and a good summary of the key data of the property. House viewings are also handled by Schöffel and Partners as a service, without the need for one's own presence. Thus, a buyer was found in a much shorter time than expected. One is accompanied throughout the entire process, whether it is a visit to the land registry office or any remaining questions regarding the transfer of ownership. I am completely satisfied and can recommend Schöffel and Partners with a clear conscience.

As part of an inheritance community, we experienced the support from Bettina Blank during the sale of a property as very professional: extensive expertise, very good clarification about the process, swift handling of the sales process in collaboration with her close colleague, as well as personally very understanding and sympathetic support throughout the entire process. We are grateful for her expertise and would definitely recommend her.

Very friendly and professional advice and support from start to finish.

We had an excellent experience selling our house with Michael Schwarzer. From the very first contact, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He guided us through all the steps – from realistic and fair pricing to organizing viewings and finding the right buyers, all the way to signing the purchase agreement. Michael combines professionalism with a friendly and open demeanor. His advice was always well-founded, and due to his high responsiveness and great commitment, the entire process went smoothly and stress-free. We can wholeheartedly recommend working with Michael Schwarzer and would reach out to him again at any time.

Mr. Schwarzer was very helpful and always there for us. We were very well advised during the purchasing phase.
