The subsequent marketing on the internet as well as the professional sales brochure – for which even a drone was used – were first-class and attractively designed. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency: Mr. Zemp perfectly filtered the interested parties in advance, personally guided the close circle through the house, and sold the property just two months after our first meeting.
