Real Estate Agents in Ettenhausen TG (8356)

We met Julian Schaffner when purchasing our new home. Due to the extremely pleasant experience, we decided to work with him again for the sale of our old property. Here too, Julian demonstrated his high level of professionalism and integrity. He was a strong partner for us throughout the entire process. Due to a sudden water damage in the property - during our vacation - his services went far beyond what we could have expected. Simply top!

if someone can sell, then only Roberto - sure, experienced with so much patience and passion. The best decision to sell with Roberto. Always happy to do it again. THANK YOU!

I experienced Mr. Hofstetter not only as very friendly and always willing to talk throughout the entire sales process, but especially as very efficient and always extremely polite. It was not easy with the sellers of the house we purchased; there was always a document missing, and the notary appointment had to be postponed several times. During all this time, he never lost his patience or composure and always mediated and helped within the shortest time possible, so that we were ultimately able to acquire the house.

Very professional and reliable handling! Mr. Schmied organized the sale of our property perfectly from start to finish. We felt well cared for at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend the team. Thank you very much for the great support!

We saw quite a few estate agents, including some well-known names. Out of them we preferred Helen Bögle for quite a few reasons. Firstly, she struck as straightforward and someone with integrity, not salesy pushy person like some agents. Secondly, we really liked the brochures she produced for the properties she was selling and had sold: the photographer spent a whole day with us taking photos. The end result was great. Thirdly she charged a sensible fee for her work, unlike some. Those were the main reasons we chose her. It took about a year to sell our house. During that time Helen kept us up-to-date, returned our calls and emails promptly and when it was helpful to sit down and talk things through, that’s what we did. Selling a property is often stressful. We found that working with her and the good advice she gave us kept the stress to minimum. She also has very good contacts. Most of all there was just the feeling that she wanted to deliver a first-rate service, something we are very pleased to say she did. So, from both of us” Helen, thank you very much for all your good work.

When I decided to move to St. Gallen due to my new partnership and sell my dream apartment in Teufen, I was warmly recommended bbr Real Estate & Relocation AG. Already after the first conversation with Helen Bögle and Claudia Taumberger-Baumer, I felt well taken care of. Claudia Taumberger-Baumer personally handled the process. With a very nice sales documentation, her realistic market assessment, her excellent network, her professional manner, and her open, friendly communication, she found suitable buyers in a very short time. What I especially appreciated was that she provided me with excellent support until the completion of the sale and found buyers who will love the apartment as much as I do. Thank you very much!

A man, a word! Reliable, fast, flexible. Everything one wishes for! Thank you very much for your help
