We would like to sincerely thank FANTO Immobilien AG and especially Mr. Mario Breitenstein, who accompanied us both in the purchase of our new home and in the sale of our old house. Mr. Breitenstein was extremely professional, dedicated, and always reliable throughout the entire process. He kept us regularly informed, was always reachable, and guided us through all steps with great patience and humanity. We were particularly impressed that he went far beyond his actual duties to support us in the best possible way – with a lot of understanding, empathy, and a genuine interest in ensuring everything went smoothly. Thanks to his support, we felt well taken care of at every stage. A huge thank you – we can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Breitenstein and FANTO Immobilien AG! 🏡✨

The collaboration with Ms. Bettina Schwerzler was very pleasant and professional from the beginning to the completion of the sale. She competently, transparently, and always kindly guided me through the entire process. I particularly appreciated her structured working method, her good availability, and her commitment. I felt well cared for and taken seriously at all times. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Schwerzler and sincerely thank her for the successful collaboration.

Liridon Sadiki was my real estate agent for the sale of a two-family house in Thurgau (Bettwiesen). He did a great job, starting with the very well-prepared documentation all the way to the successful sale. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and was always kept well informed. If I were to sell a house again, I would gladly do so with Mr. Sadiki.

I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Cragno, and I recommend him as a sales expert.

Anyone looking for a well-founded and honest appraisal for their home is in the right place with Alex Huber! The consultation was simply first-class. You can immediately tell that years of experience and genuine insider knowledge of the region are at play here. Mr. Huber took a lot of time, explained everything clearly, and gave us an overall good feeling. Both personally and professionally, simply top – competent, super friendly, and extremely helpful. A clear recommendation.

Luciano Venuto was an excellent professional, very helpful and attentive.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Markus. We found it easy to trust him from the first meeting onwards. He was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. He was also independently able to coordinate with my banker to finalize the required documents from the bank. Overall, I would recommend Markus without any hesitation and would look forward to working with him again.

The purchase was excellently supported with all the necessary information, so we knew what we were buying. Simple processing all the way to the land registry office and beyond - we can highly recommend it...
