We were advised and accompanied in a very approachable, competent, and human-centered manner. With his clarity and commitment in communication, Mr. Gansner instilled trust and security in the purchasing process from the very beginning. Our expectations of a real estate agency were more than exceeded.

We had a very good experience with AFORIA when purchasing our apartment. Kevin Auer was always extremely helpful, professional, and reached us quickly, so the entire process went smoothly, easily, and was truly pleasant. We would choose AFORIA AG again at any time and can wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and his team.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE: COMPETENT; FAST AND WELL NETWORKED The sale of our property was exemplary thanks to high expertise and commitment from A to Z. - After the swift processing of our sales documents, the broker, Mr. Zemp, quickly created a well-founded and realistic market value analysis. The subsequent marketing on the internet as well as the professional sales brochure – for which even a drone was used – were first-class and attractively designed. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency: Mr. Zemp perfectly filtered the interested parties in advance, personally guided the close circle through the house, and sold the property just two months after our first meeting. The subsequent sales processing with the banks, the land registry office, and the cantonal office for property gains tax also went extremely smoothly under broker Zemp's careful management. His good institutional networking benefited both him and us in this process. On a personal level, the collaboration was also a gain: Mr. Zemp was transparent in communication, always reachable by phone, friendly, patient, and open to all our questions and concerns. In addition, he kept us proactively updated step by step and made the entire complex process stress-free. We were always excellently cared for, are extremely satisfied with the result achieved, and can wholeheartedly recommend such great service!

The sale of our condominium in Kreuzlingen was a significant and unusual matter for us. We are all the more grateful that we could count on the dedicated and competent broker, Dominic Brandes from Remax, throughout the entire process. From the first meeting to the handover of the keys, we felt well supported. He organized all the viewings, created high-quality sales documents with inspiring 3D furnishing proposals. He took on numerous tasks that saved us a lot of time and effort. Whether it was discussions with the administration, coordinating craftsmen, representing us at the homeowners' meeting, clarifications with the bank, or organizing the land registry appointment – everything was handled professionally, reliably, and with great commitment. We particularly appreciated the regular updates on the current status, the open communication, and the genuine interest in finding the best possible solution for all parties involved. We always felt we had an experienced professional by our side who thinks along, supports, and keeps an overview. This collaboration was much more for us than a real estate sale – it was characterized by trust, appreciation, and a genuine sense of relief. Thank you very much, Dominic Brandes, for the excellent support. We can wholeheartedly recommend him.

I sold my property through this agent and am very satisfied with the entire process. From the initial assessment to the notary appointment, everything was structured and professional. The advice was honest and realistic, especially regarding price determination. I never felt that anything was being "sugar-coated". Instead, it was clearly communicated what is feasible and what is not – this gave me a lot of trust. The marketing was also convincing: the exposé, photos, and organization of viewings were at a very good level. I had to take care of very little, as much was taken over independently and reliably. In the end, a buyer was found who fits well with the property, and the sale could be completed quickly. Overall, a very pleasant collaboration – I can wholeheartedly recommend the company Relax Immobilien, especially Keli Neziri, 100%. Keep it up.
