The subsequent marketing on the internet as well as the professional sales brochure – for which even a drone was used – were first-class and attractively designed. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency: Mr. Zemp perfectly filtered the interested parties in advance, personally guided the close circle through the house, and sold the property just two months after our first meeting. The subsequent sales processing with the banks, the land registry office, and the cantonal office for property gains tax also went extremely smoothly under broker Zemp's careful management. I sold my property through this agent and am very satisfied with the entire process. From the initial assessment to the notary appointment, everything was structured and professional. The advice was honest and realistic, especially regarding price determination. I never felt that anything was being "sugar-coated". Instead, it was clearly communicated what is feasible and what is not – this gave me a lot of trust. The marketing was also convincing: the exposé, photos, and organization of viewings were at a very good level. I had to take care of very little, as much was taken over independently and reliably. In the end, a buyer was found who fits well with the property, and the sale could be completed quickly.
