The advice was honest and realistic, especially regarding price determination. I never felt that anything was being "sugar-coated". Instead, it was clearly communicated what is feasible and what is not – this gave me a lot of trust. The marketing was also convincing: the exposé, photos, and organization of viewings were at a very good level. I had to take care of very little, as much was taken over independently and reliably. In the end, a buyer was found who fits well with the property, and the sale could be completed quickly. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. Sure, we were initially questioning whether we should save some money and sell privately but the decision not to do so was really worth every Frank and I highly recommend in case you plan to sell or buy.
