Real Estate Agents in Stetten SH (8234)

The team at Stöhr Immobilien supported us in two matters. We found and purchased our desired condominium and sold our house. At all times, we felt very well taken care of. Mr. Isliker advised us very kindly, committedly, and professionally and guided us through the entire sales process. We can clearly recommend Stöhr. Thank you for your excellent work.

Selling your own apartment is not an everyday decision. That’s why it was important for us to have someone by our side whom we can trust. We had a good feeling from the very beginning with MyWinvest GmbH. Michael personally accompanied us in the sale of our 4.5-room apartment in Waldkirch. We were able to ask our questions openly, received understandable answers, and always knew how the sale was progressing. We particularly appreciated that we didn’t have to take care of many things ourselves. We are pleased that our apartment was successfully sold, and we would hire MyWinvest again. Anyone looking for a dedicated real estate agent for selling an apartment is, in our view, in good hands here. Thank you, Michael!

Thank you very much for the very professional advice and handling of the sale of our house. Whenever I had questions, I always received a quick response, and I felt well cared for and advised at all times. The Provimmo team is very friendly and always created a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere, even though the topic of selling a house was not always easy for me. However, they remained very professional and committed at all times. I recommend them and would hire them again immediately! Once again, thank you very much and warm regards to the Provimmo team

We purchased our condominium off-plan through Living Estates and were excellently advised by Mr. Philipp Schlatter. From the first conversation to the notarization, he accompanied us competently, transparently, and always friendly. He explained plans, construction descriptions, and documents clearly, answered questions quickly, and we also received helpful support with financing. We particularly appreciated his honesty. Thank you very much, Mr. Schlatter, absolutely recommendable!

We were very well taken care of during the sale of our condominium and would hire Aforia again. The property was professionally presented through a market-oriented appraisal and an appealing sales dossier. We also felt well looked after by Kevin and Nico throughout the nine-month sales process (in a changing market environment). We were always kept informed, questions were answered with pleasure, and quick responses were provided when needed. In short: Top service - we will gladly recommend you.

An unrestricted recommendation! We were able to successfully sell our terrace apartment through REMAX Dietikon and the Limmattal region. We were promised a comprehensive worry-free package, and we received exactly that. Mr. Roland Meyer and his team kept every one of their promises. The initial conversation was excellently prepared, very structured, and professional. Various sales strategies were transparently presented, and the appropriate approach was determined together with us. We were particularly impressed that even the sales story, the documentation, and the online videos were discussed together and carefully coordinated. Within just one week after going online, we received the first serious purchase inquiries. Just a few weeks later, we were able to finalize a binding reservation. The entire sales process was professionally, passionately, and reliably accompanied by Mr. Meyer and his team from the first conversation to the notarization at the notary's office. We felt well informed and excellently cared for at all times. For us, an unrestricted recommendation. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Meyer and the entire team for the excellent collaboration!

Thank you very much for the good cooperation. It worked wonderfully and I am very satisfied. Anytime again!

As an inheritance community, we sold our parental home through immoSell GmbH. Marco Burn guided us competently, efficiently, trustworthily, and transparently through the entire, not always easy sale and was always available for any questions. He has a really great photographer by his side to document the property for sale with video and pictures. We can highly recommend immoSell and wish them continued success and good luck. Thank you very much.

Armando Trovato is a great realtor, where you feel well taken care of from the very beginning. The advice was honest, competent, and warm-hearted. You can tell that his clients truly matter to him. We felt completely comfortable and well cared for and can wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you for everything, Armando! 😊
