Real Estate Agents in Weiach (8187)

My luck was that I entrusted Daniel Sutter with the task of selling my property. With the utmost professionalism, he sold my property under difficult conditions, as my tenant did not want to leave the house. The real estate agency, Sutter, is recommended to anyone who values professional work.

Mr. Wild is a great seller. Very well-groomed appearance. I can highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable. Good sales strategy.

perfect support, perfect performance!

I met Morris Kathrein during a house viewing. Even though the property we viewed did not meet our expectations, I found him likable right away. We started a conversation, and shortly thereafter, we commissioned him to sell our penthouse apartment. I am certainly not an easy client. I had clear ideas about what I wanted and how I wanted it. This somewhat limited his scope of action. Nevertheless, Morris always managed to find a suitable solution with calmness, understanding, and great commitment. I particularly appreciated that we never had to discuss for long, but quickly found common ground. The many short and also longer conversations with him were not only professionally enriching but also created a collegial connection. He always had an open ear, a good idea, and helpful recommendations. Our journey was somewhat longer than usual, yet in retrospect, it felt surprisingly quick. Morris accompanied us reliably and with a lot of passion during this time. I highly recommend Morris Kathrein as a broker – regardless of whether it is about selling an apartment, a house, or a multi-family home. With him, you are in the best hands both professionally and personally.
