Ich wurde von Marco angerufen, nachdem ich mein Inserat auf Homegate online gestellt habe. Ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch und habe seine Hilfe abgelehnt. Weil ich jedoch sehr schnell einen Nachmieter finden musste, habe ich mich entschieden, es doch zu probieren. Ich hatte in einer Woche 4 Bewerber für meine Wohnung, als ich sie selbst ausgeschrieben habe. Marco kam vorbei, hat Bilder von der Wohnung gemacht, ein Exposé für die Wohnung erstellt und die Wohnung noch am selben Tag auf verschiedenen Plattformen ausgeschrieben. Er hatte am ersten Tag bereits 22 Bewerber. Marco hat mir in kürzester Zeit sehr passende Kandidaten geliefert, sodass ich die Wohnung in wenigen Tagen weitervermieten konnte. Allein hätte ich das nicht geschafft und vor allem nicht diese Auswahl an Bewerbern gehabt. Marco war extrem schnell, zuverlässig und hat alle Bewerber schon vorgefiltert. Er hat mir so viel Zeit und unterm Strich auch Kosten gespart, da ich die Miete für die Wohnung hätte weiterzahlen müssen, wenn ich keinen Nachmieter gefunden hätte. Besonders beeindruckend fand ich, wie verbissen Marco war, die Wohnung schnell zu vermieten. Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen, aber ich bin wirklich begeistert von seiner Arbeit. Ich habe selten einen so grossartigen Service erlebt. Ich würde Marco jederzeit wieder engagieren! Grosses Danke an Marco für die top Arbeit!
