We do not know how this company did it, but previously we had 2 very well-known real estate agents from Zurich with us, who each tried to sell our apartment for over 6 months. We called him and he was at our home two days later. Within 2 months, he was able to sell our apartment without a price reduction. What he certainly did differently than all the agents before, he is always easily reachable and always very friendly. We can only recommend him and his company!

It was our first time buying a property in Switzerland. Though Peter was the seller's agent, he helped provide guidance on what all to expect along the way with the home ownership journey. We also agreed with the seller to make this a fast transaction, and with Peter's assistance, we managed to go from viewing to closing in about 2 months!
