Real Estate Agents in Benglen (8121)

My partner and I bought a house this year and were excellently supported by Kerstin from JB Real Estate. She and her team really gave everything to provide us with all the necessary information for the purchase, and they accompanied us with a lot of patience through all the ups and downs of the process. We received knowledgeable, honest, and independent advice, and the collaboration was always professional and very pleasant. Their support was a decisive factor in our ability to buy our new home – we can truly highly recommend Kerstin and her team!

Reliable, competent, and helpful. The sale of my apartment was in good hands with Ms. Dreier. I would like to thank you once again for the very good cooperation.

We are extremely satisfied with the excellent work of our real estate agent Mr. Kathrein. The sale of our house went quickly and smoothly. He was always very responsive, extremely professional, and always friendly and pleasant to deal with. His competence, commitment, and reliability have completely convinced us. We can recommend him without reservation and sincerely thank him for the excellent support!

I can recommend Adrian Plüer and his company to everyone. The task I assigned to him was handled in a highly professional manner. I was amazed at the speed with which he tackled it, and even more amazed at how quickly it was done. Integrity is his motto; I can only recommend this company.

Ms. Stoop was the real estate agent who managed the sale of the family home we purchased, and we couldn’t have been happier with her support. She coordinated the entire process, from multiple viewings and running the bidding rounds, to organizing all of the final administrative steps such as contracts, deposits, and notary appointments. Because the property was tenant-occupied, her company also served as the property manager, Verwaltung. After the purchase, we chose to continue working with her in this role until we move in. She communicated with the tenants on our behalf and coordinated the termination of the rental agreement, achieving a solution that satisfied both us and the tenants. Our overall experience with Ms. Stoop was extremely positive, and we would highly recommend her. She was consistently communicative with quick response times, which made every step feel well supported. The sale involved four different parties, the seller, us as buyers, the tenants, and the Verwaltung, a situation that could easily have become complicated or stressful. Yet, she handled all communication and coordination with remarkable calm, professionalism, and organization. She managed to keep everyone aligned and content from start to finish, which I would guess is not always the case!

I can highly recommend KT Immobilien. The purchasing process was very straightforward, the support from Ms. Truninger was excellent, the communication was very friendly, and everything proceeded in a timely manner and stress-free. I am very glad to have met Ms. Truninger.
