We were extremely satisfied with the professional and competent handling of the sale of our vacation apartment in Savognin. Thank you very much, Roberto, for your advice, optimal organization and communication, as well as for your empathy and kindness. Another plus for us was Roberto's perfect knowledge of Italian! We can highly recommend the company Immobilien Plaz AG!

Marketed a house (2 apartments with primary residence requirement) within 6 months, converted to condominium ownership, sold, and submitted the tax declaration for property gains. Super efficient and always competent, available at any time and very committed. Thank you, Roberto. Unfortunately, I have no other house that I can sell, but with you, always. Thank you very much.
