Real Estate Agents in Rodels (7415)

We saw quite a few estate agents, including some well-known names. Out of them we preferred Helen Bögle for quite a few reasons. Firstly, she struck as straightforward and someone with integrity, not salesy pushy person like some agents. Secondly, we really liked the brochures she produced for the properties she was selling and had sold: the photographer spent a whole day with us taking photos. The end result was great. Thirdly she charged a sensible fee for her work, unlike some. Those were the main reasons we chose her. It took about a year to sell our house. During that time Helen kept us up-to-date, returned our calls and emails promptly and when it was helpful to sit down and talk things through, that’s what we did. Selling a property is often stressful. We found that working with her and the good advice she gave us kept the stress to minimum. She also has very good contacts. Most of all there was just the feeling that she wanted to deliver a first-rate service, something we are very pleased to say she did. So, from both of us” Helen, thank you very much for all your good work.

We bought our dream property through Madlen and couldn't be happier. She supported us fantastically from the very first moment and was there for us with advice and assistance at every step. Her competent, reliable, and at the same time super warm personality made the entire purchasing process incredibly relaxed. Thank you very much for the great help, Madlen! Anyone looking for a top real estate agent is exactly right here.

Markus provided us with excellent support during the purchase of our house. He was always proactive and responded very quickly to our questions and emails. His commitment did not end with the signature: even after the purchase, he continued to offer us valuable advice and recommendations. Markus is an extremely trustworthy professional, and it was a real pleasure for us to acquire our house with his help.

Thank you for helping us throughout the process of buying the apartment! It was a pleasure to work with you! I am very satisfied with the process and the outcome. Overall experience was excellent, Benjamin was helpful, professional, reliable and super responsive. 5* Benjamin offered all the relevant information during the initial viewing and later during the offer phase and contract preparation. Advice on how to minimize bureaucracy and speed up the purchase process was much appreciated! 5* Communication was clear, effective with an extremely quick feedback loop. I think I always received answers to questions within minutes to 1-2 hours, which was much appreciated. 5* We are very happy with the overall results. Our needs were fully addressed. 5* Everything was extremely fast. I don't think the process could have been any faster, unless we didn't need a mortgage as a buyer. 5* Overall we are extremely satisfied with the process and Benjamin's help. Having been through this process before in Austria and Bulgaria, I can say that this has been the most effective setup and cooperation we've seen, and went above and beyond our expectation.

We were very satisfied with Ms. von Ostheim. Very friendly, competent, and efficient handling.

The sale of our house could not have gone better. From the initial consultation to the final handover of the keys, we were accompanied professionally, transparently, and with great commitment. We were particularly impressed by the excellent market knowledge, the realistic price assessment, and the professional presentation of our property. We can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Krumm from Himmotech GmbH and are grateful for the good cooperation.

Very experienced and well-versed in digital marketing, it was impressive for me after decades in IT, despite his age very experienced, professional, efficient, creative, honest, and absolutely trustworthy!

Mr. Ademi accompanied the sale of our property in Bischofszell. He was easily reachable throughout the entire time and provided us with competent advice. The marketing was professionally set up, and the process up to the conclusion worked smoothly. Overall, we are satisfied and can recommend him.
