We experienced Sandra Hinnen as a very reliable contact person. Our wishes and ideas were discussed and implemented, and we were continuously and promptly informed. She showed genuine interest in helping us sell the apartment to a suitable buyer, whom she connected us with after just two months. We can recommend Ms. Hinnen in every respect.

The N47 Real Estate team provided me with excellent advice and support in the sale of land in Davos. I can highly recommend the team.

We handled the purchase of our property with Mr. Wiederkehr and felt very well supported throughout the entire process. We particularly appreciated his calm, factual manner as well as the transparent communication. He was always easily reachable, answered our questions clearly, and gave us enough time for our decisions – without pressure, but with clear structure. His professionalism was also evident in the processing: documents were complete, appointments well organized, and the entire process felt well thought out and reliable. Overall, a very pleasant collaboration that builds trust – exactly what one hopes for when buying real estate.

The purchasing process was clearly structured and transparent thanks to Mr. Wiederkehr. All documents were neatly prepared, and questions were answered quickly. We felt well supported at all times.
