Real Estate Agents in Igis (7206)

Colin accompanied us on equal terms. With genuine interest in a solution that suited us as sellers and the buyers. He is reliable, straightforward, likable, and friendly. Thank you very much for the quick processing.

We commissioned Rolf Freuler as our agent for our property in June 2025. From the very beginning, we felt safe, competent, and well taken care of. He was always reachable for us and provided us with great support. Mr. Freuler conducted the inquiries and viewings with the interested parties to our complete satisfaction. He also handled all correspondence or phone calls with all offices, the municipality, the land registry office, etc. for us. We were able to hand over our house to new owners at the end of November. We can highly recommend Rolf Freuler at any time.

We were very satisfied with how Ms. Walder took care of us as interested parties and ultimately as buyers. Good accessibility and very quick response to inquiries/questions. Very flexible in responding regarding multiple viewing appointments. In the end, it was a tough but fair negotiation. Overall 5 stars.

In July 2025, we were able to purchase a property through the company Immobilienkompetenz Graubünden (bidding process). Very honest and open communication. Ms. Walder advocated for us as the buyers and arranged all necessary appointments. Highly recommend.

I felt extremely well advised by Ms. Walder. All questions were answered in detail, and I was informed about every step of the sales process. I particularly appreciated the personal support and the commitment with which Ms. Walder took care of all the details. I can only recommend Ms. Walder!
