Wir sind mit der Arbeit des Herrn Lazraj sehr zufrieden. Bereits bei der Vereinbarung des Besichtigungstermins war bemerkenswert, dass er auf unsere urlaubsbedingte Abwesenheit Rücksicht genommen hat. Der darauf folgende Prozess war sehr kundenorientiert. Er hat uns die Zeit gegeben, die prozessbedingt notwendig ist. Auf Rückfragen hat er stets zeitnah reagiert. Persönliche Anliegen hat er, falls erforderlich, auch an die Verkäuferschaft weitergeleitet. Fragen zu der Immobilie konnte Herr Lazraj stets beantworten - wenn er zu bestimmten Detailfragen keine Informationen vorliegen hatte, teilte er dies offen und transparent mit. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein sehr persönliches Treffen. Zum Einzug hat er uns sogar ein sehr individuelles Geschenk überreicht.
