Mrs Nila Amini was very helpful during my first real estate investment in Zuruch. The quality of her service, the type of real estate selected and the high standards in deliveries met my full expectations. I highly recommend her as a partner for real estate investment. It was a pleasure to work with her and will maintain such business relationship for further acquisition.
As a buyer, I found the collaboration with Ms. Schmidli to be very pleasant and straightforward. The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.
I bought a plot of land from Mr. Hager where I was later able to build a large apartment building. Mr. Hager is very competent and helpful, all promises were kept, and the entire purchase process went smoothly. Thank you for that.
I can highly recommend Hanspeter! His performance was simply outstanding. The communication was always friendly, clear, and professional – I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time. Hanspeter is a real estate consultant who impresses with a lot of expertise, commitment, and humanity. Thank you very much for the great collaboration!
Sandro Burn and his team accompanied us in the search for our second home in Andermatt/Realp. We were extremely competently, friendly, and professionally cared for, and our needs were quickly recognized and taken into account. The communication was always extremely friendly and transparent. Particularly impressive was the enormous expertise of the team as well as their excellent regional knowledge. Both as buyers and sellers, Ursera Immo GmbH is unreservedly and warmly recommended.
