Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent.
