Real Estate Agents in Barbengo (6917)

Very positive experience thanks to the help and support of Davide and colleague Lidia. They accompanied us step by step in the sale of our house. Professionalism, courtesy, and consistency characterize them and certainly enhance their value. Thank you again for the work done, we are happy to have chosen you!

We had the pleasure of entrusting Valerio Villa from Metropolis Immobiliare for the sale of our apartment in Barbengo, and we can only be extremely satisfied with the experience we had. Valerio proved to be a highly professional, competent, and always available person from the very first moment. He guided us with great attention through every phase of the sale, providing us with support, valuable advice, and clear and detailed information. One of the aspects we appreciated the most was his availability: always reachable, ready to answer any questions even outside of the most common hours, making us feel constantly followed and supported. Thanks to his commitment, seriousness, and experience, we were able to achieve our goal with peace of mind and confidence. We absolutely recommend Valerio Villa and Metropolis Immobiliare to anyone looking for a reliable, human, and truly attentive real estate agent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We sold our apartment with the support of Davide Merli and we had a very good experience throughout the entire process. Always available, precise, and transparent, he guided us with great professionalism in every phase of the buying and selling process, responding quickly to every doubt and helping us manage all the documentation without stress. A reliable, competent person who is very attentive to the needs of the client. Recommended for anyone looking for a serious and prepared real estate agent.

The sales mandate for a property on the first floor in a rather challenging context was successfully completed in a relatively short time given the abundance of items for sale. It was an apartment on the 1st floor with limited view within a complex of houses with a common courtyard for 6 buildings of the same configuration built at the end of the 1980s. Congratulations on the work done and on the conditions of the mandate.

Ms. Lidia Nodari She is precise and competent.

Lidia is a real estate professional I had the opportunity to meet as a buyer. Lidia was clear and pragmatic, managing to find shared and flexible solutions for both me and the seller. I found the speed of communication and, when necessary, the exchange of documents to be very swift. Thank you 👌 Lidia Nodari for how you handled my case.
