However, since I needed to find a new tenant very quickly, I decided to give it a try. I had 4 applicants for my apartment in one week when I advertised it myself. Marco provided me with very suitable candidates in a very short time, allowing me to re-rent the apartment in just a few days. I wouldn't have managed that alone, and especially not with such a selection of applicants. Marco was extremely fast, reliable, and pre-filtered all the applicants. He saved me so much time and ultimately costs, as I would have had to continue paying rent for the apartment if I hadn't found a new tenant. I was particularly impressed by how determined Marco was to rent out the apartment quickly. I rarely write reviews, but I am truly impressed with his work. I have rarely experienced such great service. I would hire Marco again at any time! A big thank you to Marco for the top-notch work!

As a buyer, I found the collaboration with Ms. Schmidli to be very pleasant and straightforward. The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.
