I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along.
