Real Estate Agents in S. Carlo (Val Bavona) (6690)

As a buyer, I found the collaboration with Ms. Schmidli to be very pleasant and straightforward. The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.

Very serious broker, I can only highly recommend if you are interested in buying/selling a property or land in the Nikolai-/Mattertal area. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you once again for the competent and prompt support as well as the mutual trust.😊

Daniel Josi from 2B & Partner sold our vacation apartment in Kandersteg for us. We were very impressed with how quickly he prepared a very professional documentation for our apartment. Mr. Josi's competent and helpful manner in all matters was great, but he also assisted us with writing emails to roommates, cleaning the apartment, etc. Daniel Josi fully met our expectations! After just a few weeks, our apartment was sold. So great!! Verena and Peter Wyss

Sandro Burn and his team accompanied us in the search for our second home in Andermatt/Realp. We were extremely competently, friendly, and professionally cared for, and our needs were quickly recognized and taken into account. The communication was always extremely friendly and transparent. Particularly impressive was the enormous expertise of the team as well as their excellent regional knowledge. Both as buyers and sellers, Ursera Immo GmbH is unreservedly and warmly recommended.

The contact with Roman Burgener was not only very friendly but also very competent. He promptly provided information in response to our requests and inquiries and is well connected in the region, which made the entire purchasing process very pleasant. We were in very good hands with him and can highly recommend him.
