I purchased an apartment thanks to the mediation of Ms. Rigamonti and her colleague Mr. Mannini. I received adequate information about the property and was competently guided through the negotiation. I am satisfied with the purchase and with UniqHome Real Estate that assisted me.
With Valerio, our contact in Metropolis, we had a careful and trustworthy consultant in the sale of our apartment. He did not spare any effort in following us through to the deed with the new owners. They sold quickly and professionally, well done!!
Davide and his staff were very professional, guiding us through all the steps: from the first visit to the notarial deed. In general, he demonstrated seriousness and a great knowledge of the sector both from a technical and legal point of view.
Very positive experience! Serious, professional, and reliable sale in Lugano. I appreciated Simone's availability.
