Mr. Guerra accompanied us very politely and competently throughout the long purchase process of the apartment in Locarno (due to delays in the secondary residence permit). He made the necessary inquiries with the municipality, kept us informed about the status at all times, and successfully brought the purchase to completion. Therefore, we can unreservedly recommend Mr. Guerra as an expert in real estate transactions.
If you are looking for a serious real estate agent for the sale of your property, Mr. Stefan Steiger is the perfect choice. Mr. Stefan Steiger accompanied me in the sale of my property from start to finish very professionally and unobtrusively. Throughout the entire sales process, my questions were always explained very kindly and understandably - especially since, as an Austrian, I was not very familiar with the Swiss circumstances (laws, language, and authorities), I could fully rely on Mr. Steiger 100%.
Thank you Raymond, we greatly appreciated your professional support in our property search. Thank you also for your friendly and patient guidance. We wish you all the best. Hildegard and Bernhard
When selling our vacation apartment in Ticino, we were advised very professionally and courteously. Mr. Stefan Steiger from Immobiliare SL SA in Muralto managed the entire sales process, up to the contract signing at the notary and the handover of the apartment, to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Steiger was always reachable and there for us. We are also grateful for the good sale price he achieved for us. We can highly recommend Mr. Steiger.
Available, attentive, competent, kind, and fast.
I am so glad that I was assigned to Mr. Steiger and that he was responsible for my new condominium. Mr. Steiger received me very professionally, advised me on-site, and accompanied me until the complete handover of the apartment. If I had any questions, he took care to answer them very quickly. I can only recommend Mr. Steiger. Should I sell a property in the future, I will definitely contact Mr. Stefan Steiger. I felt very secure and did not have to worry about anything.
