Claudia Mamone is an outstanding personality who has consistently conveyed positive experiences in her collaboration with us. Her support was not only professional but also characterized by a deep understanding of the human aspects. With a lot of passion and humanity, she guided us through every step of the process. Her high level of commitment and sense of responsibility is palpable in every interaction, making our collaboration an extremely pleasant experience. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to present our property discreetly. In a time when sensitivity and discretion are of utmost importance. Compared to our previous agent, who did not provide us with the same attention and dedication, Claudia Mamone has accompanied us with her excellent, committed, and empathetic support from start to finish. She always made us feel like we were in the best hands. Claudia Mamone is not just an agent but a partner who is fully dedicated to her clients' interests. Her reliability and competence are unparalleled. We could not wish for better support and wholeheartedly recommend Claudia Mamone from Casaprima Immobilien AG. The collaboration with Ms. Bumbacher and Ms. Pfeiffer was very pleasant and professional from the very beginning. My brother and I always felt well taken care of. We received comprehensive advice from Ms. Caviezel. She was always able to provide well-founded answers and engaged excellently with the property. In the absence of information, she demonstrated a confident persistence to obtain it in a timely manner. Our interactions with her were consistently friendly, competent, and accommodating. We can recommend Ms. Caviezel with a clear conscience. Keep it up, Ms. Caviezel!

During the sale of our house, we were accompanied by Mr. Meier and Mr. Tischhauser for about a year and a half. During this time, they were always available for our questions, kept us continuously updated, and advised us openly and understandably. The sales brochure with the high-quality photos presented our house excellently. Mr. Meier and Mr. Tischhauser actively searched for interested parties, organized and conducted the viewings, and personally introduced us to potential buyers. We could also count on their support during negotiations, the sales conversation, and at the land registry office. We particularly appreciated their reliability and the continuous support throughout the entire sales process. There were no costs incurred for us in advance; the agreed commission was only due upon successful sale. We felt very well taken care of by both of them and are happy to recommend them.

Absolute top broker with the greatest competence and patience! Highly recommended!

I already had very high expectations of Jannis from talking to friends who recommended him to me. But mine was an exceptional experience! Jannis is very personable and highly professional in every way. He organised multiple viewings and second viewings in a very short period of time. He had sold our apartment (notarised contract of sale) six weeks after our introductory meeting! I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much Jannis!

Many paths lead to Rome but only ONE path leads to Peter Krummenacher and his team!! very human just perfect.
