I was introduced to Mr Brunner in 2007 and when we decided to sell our property, we approached a few of the large estate agents in the Zug/Lucerne area as well as Mr Brunner - the difference in approach between them was quite staggering. With Mr Brunner, there were no assistants and other staff that we had to deal with - it was only Mr Brunner himself through the whole process from start to finish. The sales market at the time was difficult and Mr Brunner advised us to remain patient.
