Real Estate Agents in Sursee (6210)

Mr. Roland Schwegler is a competent, experienced broker. With his calm, thoughtful manner, he succeeded in finding the right buyers for our house. He always kept us updated about interested parties, which we greatly appreciated. He also made timely recommendations regarding photos and online presence to increase the chances of sale. He managed to ensure that the two tenant families could continue to live in the house under unbroken rental agreements, as we had wished. The processes for the purchase contract up to the signing at the notary went smoothly. We can recommend Mr. Schwegler as a broker at any time. Thank you very much, Roland Schwegler. Best regards: H. Frei

Jonathan Greaves managed the sale of the house brilliantly from the very beginning until the sale. He was very competent and his very friendly demeanor quickly led to success, so I also found my desired buyer, which makes me very happy. Therefore, I can only recommend Mr. Greaves at any time. I wish him continued success and thank him once again sincerely.

Mr. Maranta provided us with excellent support in the sale of our house. Within just about 2 months, the sale was completed to our utmost satisfaction, thus opening the way for us to purchase a condominium. We thank Mr. Maranta for the professional support in all matters that led to a satisfactory conclusion. We can only highly recommend Mr. Maranta and the Griesser company at any time. A big thank you for everything.

The following comments apply to Mr. Schneider and equally to Ms. Kadanik. For us, the purchase went smoothly. Mr. Schneider and Ms. Kadanik were always available promptly for questions and provided competent information. The only negative point: there were some ambiguities in the exposé, but since we received the documents before the actual publication, this is excusable. Communication with both was always pleasant and friendly. We are satisfied and happy customers.

For 15 years, we have been working with the Blatter family / BlatterIMMO. In all projects, everything has gone smoothly and to our complete satisfaction, in the areas of services, brokerage, or rental. Heiri Blatter leads the company and his employees excellently. Everyone in the company is very helpful and also has the necessary skills. Bravo, keep it up!
